inox-line
KW with its commitment to quality worked to set the standard in coilover manufacturing as the only manufacturer using inox-line stainless steel technology.
KW "inox-line" coilovers with stainless steel technology are clearly superior to galvanized models with regard to corrosion resistance and in addition ensure smooth operation which was proven by the salt spray testing procedure that KW conducted in cooperation with the Technical University of Esslingen in 2002. A total of 9 products from 6 different manufacturers were subjected to quality testing in the form of a salt spray durability test. After only 48 hours the common galvanized coilovers had isolated rust spots and after 200 hours they were not moveable any more. KW coilovers in inox-line stainless steel technology were easy to move and had no rust even after 418 hours. These clear results strengthened our resolve to concentrate on the quality of the product in the interest of our customers.
KW street comfort KW street comfort in stainless steel technology "inox line" are developed especially for ambitious customers which demand comfort, safe driving quality and a discreet but individual lowering. The vehicle can be height adjusted from 5-45 mm on front and rear axle. All coilover kits are equipped with a shock absorber which can be adjusted in rebound damping for more comfort.

KW competition
Our KW 2-way adjustable shock absorber is based on the twin tube damping design.
The rebound and compression damping is independently adjustable at the end of the damper housing. The 2-way damping system enables us to equip race cars, prototype cars, and exotic custom cars with high class, custom made damping solutions. Our KW 2-way dampers can be installed with a maximum inclination of 45°. Our 3-way adjustable racing shock absorber represents the latest solution in mono-tube technology. Featuring separate reservoirs, the system is designed to be used in professional Motorsport. We offer solutions for almost every level of competition; circuit road racing, slalom, hill climb, rallye, rallye cross and single seater.
KW suspensions
The KW suspensions programme has been developed in addition to the famous KW coilover programme. The aim of this programme is to use the existing resources, the know-how from motorsport, the direct access to high-quality materials and perfect organised industrial production for conversion of car specific sport suspension kits. KW also would like to achieve visual and driving dynamical improvements, meet OEM quality and offer a superb price/performance ratio.
